Errors and Logging
By default the Smart Inbox service is setup to report any errors to the windows application event log, the service can also be configured to send an Email whenever something unexpected happens, Logging and Email alerts functionality can be configured by opening running the “Smart Inbox Interface.exe” application and going to File >> Preferences >> Email Alerts & Logs:
It is possible to have both event logging and email alerts enabled at the same time.
