Act! Link for QuickBooks Online - Help

Link an ACT! contact to an existing Quickbooks - Online (QBO) contact

When a contact already exists both in ACT! and QBO, we can link the two contacts together.  If the contact only resides in either ACT! or QBO, you will need to create a QBO contact from an ACT! record or import a QBO contact into ACT!

To link an ACT! contact to a QBO contact:

1. Go to the detail view of the relevant contact and select QuickBooks tab

2. Open (cick) Contact to show the QBO link contact page​

3. Enter the contacts first name and allow the search to run

4. From the list, select the contact you wish to link and click the Next button

 

5. To complete the contact link click on the Perform Link button
