Act! Link for QuickBooks Online - Help

Create QuickBooks customer from Act!

You can create new contact from Act! if there is no corresponding customer record in QuickBooks.  If the contact already exists in both Act! and QuickBooks you may want to link them instead. !! convert to link !!

To create a new QuickBooks contact:

1. Go to the detail view of the relevant contact and select QuickBooks tab

2. Proceed with Option 2 - Create a new QuickBooks customer from current Act contact (click Next)

3. Confirm to create QuickBooks customer from Act contact

4. The customer record is now created in QuickBooks and automatically linked to Act!.
