Configuring a Wufoo Form

  1. Open Act! and go to the Smart Forms Form Manager

  2. Click "Add another form"
  3. Select the form you wish to configure from the list
  4. Configure opportunity integration, field mapping and duplicate settings. Note that it is advised that you map the Entry ID field and set at least one other field as the duplicate check. You can also override field values if you want them to appear differently when imported to Act! - to access this feature check the "Show more details..." box. It is possible to have multiple Wufoo form fields linked to the same Act! field - when imported the results will be separated by a semi-colon ';'.

    If you want to add imported records to a group select the group from the drop down list or enter the name of a new group you would like to create.
  5. If you choose to integrate with Act! Opportunities click on the configure button to set the opportunity name, process and stage that should be applied.
  6. Click "Save"

Importing Form results to Act!

  1. Open the Smart Forms Form Manager
    SF_FormSetup1.png
  2. Click "Run" to run the import automatically or "Manual Run" to choose which records to import.
  3. If performing a Manual Run you will see a list of all entries. You can override the action by selecting from the drop down box for each form entry.
  4. Click "Go" to run the import.
  5. Click "Lookup"
